
Mike Kirk promoted to Vice President of Operations at Karmak

Regarding his appointment, Kirk said, “I’m excited about the opportunity to develop beneficial associations with customers across both Karmak locations. Our customers are the foundation of our business, and establishing satisfying and successful relationships with them is vital to the success of Karmak. Kirk began his career at Karmak in 1988 as an Installer and Trainer. He then assumed the duties of a Systems/Parts/Service Support Representative, which led to his promotion to Manager of Parts and Service Support and Training. In 1997, Kirk’s responsibilities were expanded to include overseeing all operations of Customer Support, New Accounts and Training, Systems and Installations, and Documentation for the Carlinville, Ill. office as the Director of Customer Services. Inside Sales and Marketing were added to his area of responsibility in 2005. He is a graduate of Blackburn College with an Associate’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences.
