The Bar Code Time Entry module allows you to track repair orders, job numbers, and employees using bar codes. With the wave of a wand, your technician can clock onto a job and off the previous job at the same time.
- Hours worked are added immediately to the open repair order when your technician "clocks off" or changes jobs
- Optional ability to automatically charge hours to overtime
- Ability to determine which job an employee is clocked into at any moment
- Ability to generate a time-clock report containing all times clocked on and off of jobs
- Parts counter can easily access technicians, repair orders, and conditions by entering an employee number only

The Bar Code Receiving module allows your receiving area to scan multiple purchase orders containing one or more part numbers and electronically transfer the information to the Legend
system. The parts are automatically posted into inventory.
- Designed to work with UPC and with any type of bar code
- Identifies the receiver by his or her initials
- Allows entry of multiple purchase orders
- Entries from hand-held computer are quickly loaded into the Legend
system
- Ability to display and modify entries before final posting to inventory occurs
- Provides exception report showing overages and outstanding items on each purchase order
- Final posting causes incoming order posting report to print for verification with the vendor's invoice and assigns a reference number for interface with Accounts Payable
- Allows multiple purchase orders to be entered at the same time
- Receiving clerk can "manually" add any number not on the purchase order
- UPC crosses are available
