- Remaining vacation will now print on stub-over checks for both actual and direct deposit checks, if the client has indicated to print that
information.
- Backup files PRPTRN1 through PRPTRN5 were created to protect direct deposit transmittal data against overwriting of the original file. Each time a new payroll is run, the system will delete the previous five files and back up the data with the same file name.
- All clients now have access to 401k Custom Report Information. On a Command Line enter
RPT401K and press ENTER. Then enter a four-digit date to run the report.
- The procedure for Option 39 Rebuild W-2 Information in the Prior Year Processing menu was changed to delete any adjustments made to the W-2 file. The system will display a warning that adjustments are being permanently deleted before completing the process.
- Clients now have the option to change the printer designation in the Company Control Information and in Report Menu options 17 through 20, rather than accept the hard-coded default.
