What's New at Karmak?

Legend OEM interfaces receive approval

Freightliner recently certified the Legend ServicePro 2.7 interface.  Karmak offers onsite setup and consulting to ensure that the Legend ServicePro interface works to your best advantage.  

Volvo recently approved the Legend Warranty Download program. This allows you to process warranty claims on the Legend business system and transfer them to the Volvo system electronically.

   Avert disaster with PagerPlus 

PagerPlus is a new product that will monitor your Legend business system and notify you of potential glitches before they become major problems. PagerPlus can be set up by parameters of your choice, such as notifying you by paging or via email.   Pager Plus is available for Legend systems only.  Contact your Karmak Sales Representative for more information. INFO 5 clients, look for a similar product coming soon.

eCommerce module ready for general distribution 
New module checks incoming invoices automatically

Checking incoming invoices, line by line, and then automatically posting them into Accounts Payable (if the invoice matches the original purchase order) is just one of the many features now available with Karmak's new eCommerce software. If one or more of the items do not match, the software generates a report indicating the non-matching items and either posts the invoice and marks it "suspended" or indicates the invoice is being held for manual posting. 

How many hours of posting time can you eliminate? How much money can you save? How many errors can be eliminated? Automatically checking and posting incoming invoices will quickly pay for the entire eCommerce module for most companies.

ProfitMaker Version 1.1 released
Important features added

ProfitMaker, Karmak's new parts and service management system for fleets and small service shops, has been enhanced with even more features to help you gain additional market share.

  • QuickBooks 2001 interface - for General Ledger and Accounts Receivable
  • Preventive Maintenance - track units due for service
  • Pricing update - allows your customers to electronically receive price updates from your Karmak system
  • FTP ordering - allows customers to send purchase orders to your Karmak system via FTP
  • New reports - more than 100 management reports are now available

Legend Version 5.6 enhancements
