Trudell tracks customer trends with Karmak's new Customer Profile Interface

Save time and money with Legend Price File Transport
Price File Transport allows you to transmit price files via the Internet, eliminating costs and time associated with shipping and loading traditional price tapes. Price File Transport is now available for Legend Version 5.7-1 users.

Streamlined updates
With Price File Transport, you request price files to be downloaded through a new Legend program. Karmak then sends the zipped (compressed) files via File Transfer Protocol (FTP) to your business system. The files are automatically unzipped on the business system and put into the proper directory. Once you are notified of the successful transfer via VMS e-mail, your price updates can be run as usual.

New INFO 5 Release Update procedures
Save with Internet ordering
We have implemented new procedures to improve the efficiency of the INFO 5 software release process, and to reduce your software update costs. The release update manuals are now available to you online in a PDF format, where you can easily view, download, and print them. Because of this new feature, these manuals will no longer be automatically shipped to you.

If you prefer, you can also order your update CDs directly from the Internet, instead of filling out the CD order form and faxing it in. As an added benefit, you will no longer be charged shipping costs and/or media for the update CD, PTF CDs, or FIDO documentation CDs.
