Demos of the new ProfitMaster Mobile Repair Order Entry and Mobile Parts Order Entry modules were very well received by attendees at the recent Karmak Technology Conference & Expo 2007.
Mobile Repair Order Entry lets service personnel quickly open a repair order from any location via a laptop or tablet PC. It makes it easier to track roadside repairs and maintenance at fleet locations, and offers on-site service writers increased flexibility and efficiency.
Mobile Parts Order Entry allows parts sales personnel to enter parts orders on a Windows-based PC, laptop, or tablet PC and upload that data to their Karmak business system. The software is ideally suited for outside sales personnel who spend time away from the office, but return regularly to enter orders into the system.
For more information, download the Mobile Repair Order Entry information sheet and the Mobile Parts Order Entry White Paper, contact your Karmak sales representative, or call 800-622-6311.
