2002 Dealers' Conference another success

Attendees this year were given opportunities to learn more about Karmak's products, such as Bar Code Receiving, KOLD (Karmak OnLine Documents), the ProfitMaster Sales Management module, and the upcoming ProfitMaster Contact Relationship Management interface. Some roundtable discussion topics included KOLD, eCommerce, Consulting and the Internet.

The Sales Room, as always, was full of activity, and allowed clients to sit down and demo Karmak's new products, as well as speak with outside vendors.

Karmak also provided several classes geared toward advanced users and upper management, such as Parts Manager Overview, Controller Overview, Legend Data Analysis, and Legend Version 5.7 Enhancements for Legend; and Advanced Inventory Management, INFO 5 Features, Service Management, Controller Basics, and Controller Usage for INFO 5.
