Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)

Allows computer-to-computer communications for transferring documents. Karmak’s EDI relieves users of the task of maintaining EDI software and establishing communications links with each supplier or customer. Karmak’s EDI network ensures that documents are converted to standard EDI format and exchanged properly with both customers and suppliers. Karmak’s EDI network supports many standard EDI formats.

Fleet Parts Manager^TM

Tracks parts usage for fleet customers and provides the communications software to allow a customer of a Legend user to send orders directly to the Karmak system. Your customer enters parts as they use them, either by scanning part numbers or entering them by hand. These parts lists are transmitted to the Karmak system as needed, automatically printing picking lists at the appropriate branch.

Customer Remote Inquiry

Allows your customers to connect to your Karmak Legend business system via direct modem connection or over the Internet, and check quantities, pricing, cores (right to returns) and some unit information.

Transnet

Allows you to send purchase orders to suppliers using MISG’s Transnet Purchase Order Transmit system.
