- Fixes were made to Menu AAR1, Menu
AAP6, and Menu AGL09 programs.
- Inter-company Accounts Payable issues have been addressed.
OEM modules
- Fix was made to MackCharge regarding data transmission.
- Enhancement was made to International/Navistar DCN to meet manufacturer specifications regarding data length.
- Volvo Fleet Force/Mack Charge was enhanced to allow clients to charge invoices to any of the Volvo Fleet Force payment types.
- Volvo Parts Locator is now available for Volvo dealers.
Parts
- Fixes were made to Menu APOS, Menu AMNTP and
Menu AEST.
- Fixes for part supersessions, prices tapes, weight calculation for parts, branch transfer of parts, processing end of the day counter tickets and changing cost of a suggested order part have been made and are ready for you to load.
- The Parts Cross-Reference screen has been enhanced.
- Purchase order numbers for purchase orders manually created through the suggested order process can now be manually assigned.
- Cross-reference search functions have been enhanced.
- A number of message member modifications have been made.
- The suggested order display screen has been enhanced to show more detail.
ProfitMaster modules
- Bar Code Inventory and Receiving modules are now available.
- Sales Management has been enhanced regarding general ledger account types.
Rental and Leasing
- Fixes were made to Menu ALEASE, Menu
ALRINV, credit invoices and fuel tickets.
- An enhancement was made to track changes made to the number of billable days on a rental contract during invoicing.
- An enhancement was made for Canadian clients regarding adding fuel tickets to a rental or lease contract.
Service
- A fix was made regarding loading a Labor Rate Guide.
- An enhancement was made to control the display of the labor rate after a scan for work orders.
- Modifications were made to suppress labor cost for expense work orders in various options.
