Accounting modules
- Fixes were made to the Accounts
Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger modules.
- An enhancement that allows users
to distribute accounting across libraries for manual Accounts
Payable checks is now available with this Cumulative PTF.
OEM modules
- Enhances or fixes were made to
Volvo/Mack, International/Navistar DCN, and Volvo Fleet
Force/Mack Charge.
- Changes have been made that will
allow clients to charge invoices to any of the Fleet Force
payment types
- A new LPA Suggested Buy Back
Report can be generated.
- The job quantity for parts can
now be reported to LPA if the client chooses.
- Volvo Parts Locator is now
available for Volvo dealers. This software gathers
information, which is then prepared and transmitted, via FTP
to the Volvo server through the IBM Job Scheduler.
Parts module
- An update from a price tape will
now correctly update the stock class for superseding
parts.
- The price tape update process
has been improved so it will take less time to complete.
- A description for a keyword on a
miscellaneous purchase order can now be changed.
- Clients will be allowed to
change the cost of a part from within suggested order options.
- Clients will note a different
appearance to the screen used for Cross Referencing.
- An enhancement has been added
that will allow the client to use pricing from the price tape
other than the first five pricing fields.
ProfitMaster modules
- The ProfitMaster Bar Code
Receiving and Bar Code Inventory modules are now available for
purchase with this Cumulative PTF.
Rental & Leasing modules
- A new enhancement optionally
creates a file that will track changes made to the number of
billable days on a RENTAL contract during invoicing.
- Canadian clients adding fuel
tickets to a Rental or Lease contract will see unit of measure
in LITERS while U.S. clients will see the unit of measure in
gallons.
