Cain supports beta site testing for Karmak
INFO 5 products as well as gaining customer perspective for
current and future product development. His documentation group
creates the user manuals, installation instructions, and FIDO
(Friendly INFO 5 Documentation On-line).
Joining Karmak nearly 16 years ago, Cain has
been involved with software design, supporting customers,
installation of software on customer sites, consulting, and
instructing; in addition to his current duties in documentation,
training, and QA.
