Easy Access
Viewing reports is as easy as surfing the Web. KOLD uses Microsoft's Internet Explorer browser to access information on your Karmak system. You can even link KOLD to your web page or intranet site.

Report information is viewable from any networked PC with access to your Karmak business system. This includes users at your headquarters location, remote branch locations, or users that have networked Intranet or Internet access to the Karmak system.

Convenient
The search feature lets you easily select archived reports are by month, year, and date. Just click on the report link to open it.

Instead of printing an entire report, KOLD allows you to view the last page, with the option to print the entire document later. For example, you could pull up your A/R Daily Invoice Register (AR320) report and scroll to the bottom to review or print the final page only.

Secure
Access to KOLD can be password protected. Sensitive reports can be further protected with the padlock feature. These reports are saved in a private folder requiring an additional password to open.

Minimal Requirements
Every Legend user already has most of the equipment needed to use KOLD. No NT servers are necessary to view archived reports. Everything is stored on the Karmak system.

If you have at least one PC that is networked to the Karmak business system, your company is almost ready to reap the benefits of an online document system.

See It In Action
A demo version of KOLD is available online. This example shows a list of Nightly Processing reports that were archived for a given day. To view a report, select it from the drop-down list, or click the report number on the list below. Click on the pop-up calendar or use the search feature (below the list) to bring up other archived reports.  When the report is displayed, tools are available to zoom, search, print, or copy and paste the report.

NOTE: You will need Internet Explorer 5.0 and Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.05 or higher to view the demo. You can download free copies of Internet Explorer from Microsoft, and Acrobat Reader from Adobe.
