One manageable, economical package

For a fraction of the cost of a full system, your customer receives a basic Legend software package for up to three users. This includes Parts, Service, Inventory, Purchasing, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable modules. Your customer is set up as a separate company on a secure server. All transactions are encoded for dependable two-way protection—you can’t see their data and they can’t see yours.

Services, support and options

You choose whether Karmak Online is set up on your server or Karmak’s. Karmak provides CPU setup and first-level support. A five-day training session is provided at our headquarters—Karmak Online customers may bring as many people as needed. When you choose setup on Karmak’s server, we handle the server maintenance. In either case, we can set up your customer’s system to automatically send finalized orders to you. These orders are sent via a Virtual Private Network or through a Frame Relay. Your system then creates a sales order and picking list. You can send invoices electronically, if desired. Conversion of customer data is also available.
