Osborn promoted to Director of
INFO 5 Operations

Joining Karmak in June 1992 as
a Support Representative, Osborn’s tenure has included work in
almost every facet of design, production, deployment and support
of the INFO 5 product. In addition, he has assisted with the sales
effort, providing demonstrations of Karmak’s software to
prospective customers. Most recently, he served as a Design
Architect for Karmak’s ProfitMaster product.
As Director of INFO 5
Operations, Osborn will look at the mid- and long-range directions
to be taken by Karmak. “I’ll be examining current processes and
procedures and determining where we should be headed,” said Osborn.
“Part of my responsibility will
be to watch our target industry for changes to ensure that we
continue to meet the needs of our customers. There should be no
doubt in anyone’s mind that Karmak is on the leading edge in the
heavy-duty industry,” said Osborn. “We must be customer-oriented—a
complete, service-oriented company at every level.”
Osborn sees Karmak’s greatest
strength as its people. He noted that Karmak’s employees take
ownership of decisions, work well together, and take great pride in
their company and their work. He is excited by the opportunity to
further Karmak’s first class reputation as an employer and a leader
in providing business systems for the heavy-duty truck industry.
