Manage warranties, unlimited components, attachments, and so much more. Easily navigate menus with a click of the mouse with the user-friendly software that is fully integrated with your Legend or INFO 5 system.

Monitor all costs and activities related to every unit by tracking true costs, issuing local purchase orders, and establishing limits. Perform floor plan reconciliation with an unlimited number of floor plan vendors. Review, edit, and post to the General Ledger automatically in a single screen. Or, easily generate quotes, purchase orders, deals, and invoices quickly.

In addition, Sales Management's hand-held PC and bar code capabilities provide you with a roaming sales tool. Your salespeople out on the lot can quickly search for units with specific characteristics and access current inventory data, including photos.

Sales Management requires Legend Version 5.7-1 (see the related article in this issue) and Version 7.3 of the OpenVMS operating system on an AlphaServer. INFO 5 Release 7.1A and V4R5 of the OS/400 operating system on a RISC server are required for INFO 5 systems. Other hardware or software may be required, depending on your needs.
