We can even cover equipment not purchased from Karmak. Contracts are paid through your regular monthly billing--no additional invoices. 

Choose the option that's right for you:

DECservice

  • Covers Compaq and select non-Compaq hardware systems
  • Can be extended to cover non-Compaq options and peripherals either linked to or co-located with a covered system
  • On-site remedial hardware service provided during normal business hours, 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday
  • Extended coverage available up to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays
  • Committed on-site response time, depending on location and system type
  • Continuous remedial effort by a Compaq service engineer until the hardware problem is resolved, even if the effort extends beyond contracted hours of service coverage
  • Includes parts and labor

Basic Service

  • Covers Compaq and select non-Compaq hardware systems
  • Can be extended to cover non-Compaq options and peripherals either linked to or co-located with a covered system
  • On-site remedial hardware service provided during normal business hours, 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday
  • Priority response typically provides next-day service
  • Includes parts and labor

On-Site Hardware Repair Service

  • Covers select non-Compaq products, including desktop systems, terminals, and peripherals; custom quotes available on other products
  • Provides call screening, problem diagnostics, and repair services
  • Includes parts and labor
  • Standard coverage is for normal business hours Monday through Friday
  • Optional 6-day by 16-hour and 7-day by 24-hour coverage available
